I started Learn Shibari in 2018 out of a simple frustration: good Shibari knowledge and quality rope were both hard to find, and practitioners deserved better than what was out there.

What began as tutorials shared through Patreon and a need offer supporting educational material for my students scattered around the world grew into something more, custom-dyed ropes, materials supplied to rope communities worldwide, and teaching shaped by over a decade studying under some of the world's leading Shibari masters. That same work has taken me to stages like the Palais Garnier, and my rope appeared in Shakira's "Copa Vacía." as well heading relevant Shibari festivals and internationally touring to teach and perform.

The mission hasn't changed since day one: real quality, real teaching, and material that respects what this practice actually asks of the people who study it.
