Video feedback
Send one or three videos. I will answer your questions and a personal breakdown to improve your practice.

What It'S includeD
-
Submit 1 short video to the BASIC option or up to 3 short videos to the BUNDLE option showing a tie, harness, or specific issue you'd like feedback on from Pauline Massimo.
-
Each submission receives a personal video response addressing the primary issue you've flagged.
-
Includes one complementary tutorial, curated by myself and chosen to complement your reviews.

Submission window
-
For BUNDLE: You may upload all 3 videos at once, or submit 1–2 at purchase and send the rest later.
-
You have 60 days from your first submission to send your remaining videos.
-
After 60 days, I'm no longer obligated to accept further submissions under this purchase.

What to submit
-
BUNDLE is best suited to progress check-ins or multiple distinct issues addressed one at a time.
-
One issue per video, please. If a video raises more than one topic, I'll address the one you flag as the priority, for separate topics, use separate videos within your 3 submissions rather than combining them into one.
-
Add any extra context in the text field accompanying your upload, what you're working on, what's felt difficult, or specific questions.
Technical requirements
-
File formats accepted: MP4 or MOV only.
ZIP files or other formats will not be accepted.
-
Resolution: 480p minimum, 1080p60 maximum.
-
Length: 15 minutes maximum per video. For longer sessions or more in-depth work, the Live 1:1 Consultation is the better fit.
-
Filming tips: make sure the tie or detail you want reviewed is clearly visible, good lighting, and filmed close enough to see specific detail, or full/half body if you'd like general feedback.
-
Please keep background noise to a minimum so audio stays clear.
-
You might be redirected to an external platform to upload your video in case our embed option doesn't work or has technical issues. This is not a reason to refund your initial submission.
Response time & refunds
-
Pauline will respond within 3 working days of each submission.
-
You'll receive a confirmation email on submission, including a link to download your complementary tutorial curated by Pauline Massimo.
-
If you don't receive a response within 3 working days, you're entitled to a refund, unless you've separately agreed via email to a later response time with me.
-
Once a response has been sent within the agreed window, the purchase is considered fulfilled and is non-refundable.
-
I reserve the right to decline, delete, or discontinue review of any file that appears corrupted, mislabeled, or unsafe, without obligation to provide further explanation.
-
Consent & content requirements
-
Submit only your own material. Do not send footage of anyone who has not given their clear, informed consent to be filmed and to have that footage reviewed by Pauline.
-
All individuals shown must be adults. By submitting a video, you confirm that everyone appearing in it is 18 years of age or older, and that you have their consent both to be filmed and to have the footage shared with me for this purpose.
-
Nudity and sexually explicit content are not permitted. Any submission containing this will be dismissed and permanently deleted, with no review provided and no refund issued.
-
Any material that violates applicable law, or that raises a credible concern about the safety or consent of anyone depicted, will be deleted and may be reported to the relevant authorities.
Privacy & video handling
-
Your submission is reviewed only by the instructor assigned to your case.
-
If a change of instructor is ever needed, my team contact you by email first, your footage is only transferred with your clear, prior consent.
-
Each video is deleted 30 days right after our feedback is sent just in case there is any technical issue or you want to revisit a topic.
-
This service provides educational feedback based on the footage you submit. It's intended to complement, not replace, in-person instruction and supervision. Shibari carries inherent physical risk, and you practice any techniques discussed at your own discretion and responsibility.
