ORDER REQUEST GUIDE;

All orders are custom-made, we will prepare them under demand. It will take time!

​

How it works: 

After you send your order request, we will get back to you via the email address provided with further questions or with a status response (confirmation if we take your order or declination if we cannot take your order due to various reasons). The final price breakdown will be provided, as the estimated time to be prepared, and the payment option (which you must respond to promptly). Once we receive a confirmation of the payment, we will start to work on your order as promised and if there are any further questions, issues, or delays, we will let you know via the same email provided. Once your order is ready, we will order it to be picked up for shipping and provide a tracking number to you via email.

1) Fill all boxes in the form correctly.

2) Fill in the address where you want your order to be shipped, the cost will be calculated and sent with the final price of your order. If you want to pick up your order at Espacio Nos in Barcelona, please mention in this box "Pick up order". We are at the city center near Arc de Triomf train station. In case of pick up, we will let you know when it's ready for pick up and agree on a time and date.

3) On your order request, please be very specific about what you want to order to avoid back-and-forth messages. Below there is a guide about colours and materials you can choose.

Here is an example of a clear order:

"I want to buy 4 turquoise jute ropes 8m in length of 6mm thick with overhand knots on the ends. 3 Black jute ropes of 7,5m in length of 5mm thick with triskelion knots on the ends. 6 Bicolored jute ropes 50/50 natural colour with black 8m in length of 6mm thick with triskelion knots on the ends. 1 safety shear and 1 natural scent balm. Thank you"

BICOLOURED PATTERNS OPTIONS:

50/50 is the rope folded in half, each side will be the chosen colours.

Ex: On an 8m length, 4 meters from bight to the knot end is one color, and the other 4 meters in another colour.

80/20 is the rope folded in half, 80% of the rope starting from the bight is one colour, and the remaining 20% is until the knots ropes ends are on another colour. We used to call it "tails" patterns where we dye the tails/ends in a chosen colour.

4) All shipped orders are tracked. Once your order is ready, we will send you an email with the tracking number and any further information. It will be the client's responsibility to take care of receiving and communicating with the shipping company if any changes or delays happen on their side. We only can claim lost parcels if it happens and we will keep in touch on how we will proceed from that point.

5) If your order has some urgency, please be very clear about the time and date limit so we can accept or decline the order request depending on how are our workflow and capability to manage urgent orders.

If your order does not mention any urgency, we will take an average time to prepare it, which will be informed via email with the final price to be paid. ONLY fully paid orders are being processed and the estimated time for the order to be prepared counts since it's payment.

6) You can write your order in English or Spanish. Our crew will be able to attend to your needs in both languages. We do not take orders in other languages to avoid misunderstandings.

7) If your order has to be shipped both outside of the European Union AND the Schengen Area (for ex: Switzerland, United Kingdom, Norway, and any international country like the United States) we will ask you for an ID number to fill out the customs form. We do not ask for photos or further details, only a number of an official government-issued document such as a driver's license, Passport number, National ID number, etc. The order that does not contain the customs form properly filled will be retained and returned to the sender's address, to be sent again you will need to pay the additional shipping cost.

8) Our packages are discreet! No logos or branding outside of the package. We focus on protecting the products to avoid damage on the way.

ATTENTION! 

At the moment we are not processing coloured ropes regularly. The UPCOMING time frame for custom-coloured ropes is from mid June up to early July. You can make an order request now, knowing that we will not be able to process it until the time above. Any other product are available at any time.
