What you will learn:

• Brief history of Shibari

• Communication and skills for consent in Shibari (overview)

• Safety keys to minimizing accidents and damages to everyone involved.

• Anatomy of the tied-up body and how to recognize common risk signs.

• Introduction to basic ties: knots and frictions from basic to complex

• Single-column tie and double-column tie, how to do them efficiently.

• Flow exercises and body handling examples

Dates:

First part 7th February 19:00 to 21:00 CET

Second part 9th February 19:00 to 21:00 CET

Participants:

You can attend those classes as a couple (tying and being tied up) and as a solo participant (self-tying).

The content of the class is suitable for all roles, you will be able to do all exercises and practices on the role you prefer.

Requisites:

• No need for previous experience.

• You will need your own ropes (minimum 2 standard pieces) and safety cutting tools.

• The class will happen on Zoom, a link to the live class will be sent after the purchase automatically. If you cannot attend this class live, access to the recording will be sent after the live class ends (it might take several days for post-production), and the recording of the class will be available for 15 days after the recording is sent.

• Please respect the class ticket policy if you attend as a couple or solo. The ticket price is per person.

• Only the teacher's main camera will be recorded, participants windows will not be recorded.

• The workshop is designed originally by Pauline Massimo based on their several years of knowledge and experience presented by Roser Antuña who is a regular instructor at Espacio Nos under Pauline's guidance.
